Learn more about each mystic, and how they complement or contrast with Julian of Norwich, and how they can be a source of wisdom and encouragement for your own spiritual journey. Together they provide a rich tapestry of insight into the mystery of God and the pursuit of a relationship with Christ.

 

The presenter will be Father Kevin Goodrich OP PhD, an American Anglican Dominican brother and priest, who has travelled the Western world as a preacher and teacher, and is the author of the new book A Pilgrimage of the Heart: Walter Hilton and the English Mystical Tradition.

Fr. Kevin Goodrich OP PhD is an American Anglican Dominican brother and priest. He’s known for his sense of humor, engaging preaching style, and ability to relate spiritual concepts to the everyday challenges of life. For ten years he combined parish work with an itinerant ministry of preaching and teaching across the Western world. He’s taught at Catholic and Protestant Universities, is a spiritual director, and has led retreats in many settings. He’s the author of the book A Pilgrimage of the Heart: Walter Hilton and The English Mystical Tradition. For fun he enjoys a good laugh, the music of Dean Martin, and a quiet hiking trail.
